I read the sample and said to myself - why get it? It is so lukeworm. Well, I splurged (all of 99 cents) and I was WRONG! A short story with elements of the occult, suspense, and the macabre. The style is crisp, unemotional, which actually adds to the supense and the horror. Written in the best tradition of Pollock and the Porroh Man and The Monkey's Paw. Not for the prude. The sex scenes, although almost clinical in their indifferent description, are powerful and graphic. I enjoyed it very much and I feel very happy to try and resurrect this story in my 100th review.Product details

This is one creepy, nasty little story that will stay with you a loooong time after you're done reading it. I have a thing for spooky doll stuff, so I thoroughly enjoyed my morbid little heart out. However, if you're not into gory stuff, I'd stay away (but if you're looking at horror, I'm guessing you're okay with it )). Very well written little short that grabbed me from the beginning and didn't let go. A "classic" horror story.
